TGS-NOPEC Q2-2005 presentation and webcast

TGS-NOPEC Geophysical Company ASA will present the financial results for the 2nd Quarter 2005 on Thursday 11th August, 2005 at 09.00 hrs CET at Hotel Continental, Oslo.

The presentation will be held by Hank Hamilton (CEO) and Arne Helland (CFO). The presentation can be followed live on the internet at www.tgsnopec.no. A recorded version will be available shortly thereafter at www.tgsnopec.no.

Setting up for the Webcast
