The FMB is a dynamic visualization interface for reviewing depositional system models. The models are derived from a comprehensive set of interpreted well data tied to reference seismic data. It provides a robust framework for play modelling and exploration work and fast tracks understanding of the basin development, thereby shortening exploration cycle time.

The FMB provides a fundamental exploration tool that takes many man years to complete and few companies can undertake in such detail. It provides a new and extended insight into the Gross Depositional Environments of a basin. FMB users also have unrestricted regional access to well log image files from LOG-LINE Plus!, TGS’ online well log database.
