Requesting Technical Support

If you are already a Mercury Computer Systems customer, please have your customer ID or maintenance agreement number ready to give the hotline analyst. Please include it on all correspondence. If you do not have this information, please provide other identifying info (your name, company name, location, etc.) so that we can confirm your support status in the customer database.

When reporting a problem, please include the product name and version number, the platform (Windows XP 32/64 bits) along with a description of the problem and how we can reproduce it here. If error messages are generated, please include them. Whenever possible include a short test case ready to build or let us know if the problem can be reproduced using one of the examples delivered with the product.

Test cases larger than 1MB should be put on the Mercury Computer Systems ftp site in the incoming directory rather than sent as attachments. The ftp site address is: ftp.tgs.com. NOTE: You will not be able to "see" any files posted in the incoming directory. This is to protect the privacy of your files and those of other customers.

Requesting a Password

NOTE: On Windows, many products will run for a limited trial period without any password at all. Permanent passwords must be purchased. Check the Mercury Computer Systems website (3dviz.mc.com) to find the salesperson responsible for your geographic location.
