PHIGS STATE

EFFECT

Performs an emergency close of GPHIGS performing, if possible, the following:

1) If a structure is open, it is closed.

2) All open archive files are closed.

3) All open workstations are updated.

4) All open workstations are closed.

5) GPHIGS is closed.

The function can be called even if the error indicator is PON. If GPHIGS is in PHCL state, this function has no effect.
