This selection corresponds to archiving the structures viewed on the workstation and is therefore used to archive only what is displayed on the screen.
- Archive CSS :
This selection corresponds to archiving all the CSS (all the graphic objects contained in the PHIGS data base).
Once one of these commands is activated, via the pop-up, a menu is displayed which is used to select the storage file location (the directory) in addition to its name. The command may be inactivated with the cancel. button.
Archiving is carried out depending on the current setting of the conflict flags (default UPDATE)
Review of possible flags :
PRES_UPD : archiving continues regardless of the conflicts encountered
PRES_ABANDON : if a structure conflict is encountered archiving is not carried out.
PRES_MAINTAIN : if a structure conflict is encountered the archive is maintained and the structures which are not in conflict are archived.
