5.4.6. DATA RECORD

The data record contains input control data as well as information about the prompt echo type. The compulsory elements in the data packets for each class are:

• The size of the input buffer (for a string data record)
• The lowest and highest values (for a valuator data record)
• The size of the input buffer and the initial cursor position (for a string data record)
