EFFET
Cette fonction insère ou remplace un élément "anno text
alignment" après le premier élément "label" (de
valeur spécifiée LABEL) rencontré dans la structure
d'identificateur STRID.
Cet attribut est utilisé par toutes les primitives de type "annot
text rel" ou "anno text fixed" rencontré aprés ce
