This section lists the differences between GPHIGS version 1.x or 2.x and GPHIGS 6.0 FORTRAN binding.
As the parameters of some functions have changed, linking an old application with GPHIGS V6.0 without updating the source can produce execution errors.
The following functions parameters have been modified:
PSCR, PQPCR, PQCR: Color stored in a vector of REAL instead of 3 REAL parameters
PQCF: parameter CC contains now 9 REAL instead of 6
PINSK3, PQSKS3, PQDSK3, PINSK, PQDSK: parameter BUFLEN was removed and placed in the data record
PINVL3, PQVLS3, PQDVL3, PINVL, PQVLS, PQDVL: parameters LOVAL and HIVAL were removed and placed in the data record.
PINST3,PQSTS3, PQDST3, PINST, PQSTS, PQDST: Parameter BUFLEN and INIPOS were removed and placed in the data record.
The following parameters have been modified:
PEDTY was changed to PEDT
PERMCL was changed to PERMCV
PWKCL was changed to PWSCL
PWKOP was changed to PWSOP
The following functions were renamed:
PQANST is now named PQPAN
PQDEST is now named PQPDE
