East Flemish Pass Phase I & II

Comprehensive data over held acreage in Flemish Pass Basin

East Flemish Pass

Located in the central part of the Flemish Pass basin, the combined survey size is approximately 3,660 square kilometers and covers the currently held blocks EL-1144 and EL-1150, acreage adjacent to recent discoveries in Bay du Nord, Harpoon, Mizzen and fileds like Hibernia,

White Rose, Terra Nova and Hebron. The main exploration targets are Late Jurassic to Early Cretaceous fluvial to shallow marine sandstone reservoirs sourced by prolific oil-prone Late Jurassic marine shales. A mainly extensional margin provides large structural traps and thick regional seals.

Acquisition was started in Q2 2016 and was completed in early Q4 2017.  The survey was acquired using 8,100 meter offset 3D GeoStreamer® technology. Final Kirchhoff PSTM and PSDM data products for the full project area were made available in Q3 2018.
