We proactively monitor, assess and adequately mitigate security risks to ensure that all our operations have acceptable risk levels before proceeding. TGS provides a comprehensive training program to its employees that applies industry standards and best practices, ensuring that we maintain a robust emergency response program. Our suite of emergency response documents are maintained and made available to all employees through the company management system.
By maintaining a robust training program, continuously assessing our response strategy, and proactively monitoring security threats and risks, we are well-prepared to handle security and emergencies to safeguard people, the environment and our assets.
TGS is a proud member of the EnerGeo Alliance, which is the global trade alliance for the energy geoscience industry. Our employees participate and represent TGS in EnerGeo’s QHSE committee and workgroups by supporting programs like the Sustainable Seas Initiative or by contributing to guidance documents for tracking and reporting Greenhouse Gas emissions.
By working closely with EnerGeo, TGS contributes to the continual improvement of our industry’s health, safety, and environmental standards and programs.
