TGS acquires directional survey business and signs well header sharing agreement

HOUSTON (15 June 2010) - TGS announced today that its Geological  Products division purchased the directional survey business of P2 Energy Solutions' Tobin business line. The agreement includes the purchase of P2's existing database of over 38,000 high quality directional surveys and incorporates.


TGS commences 8th season of long offset acquisition in cooperation with Fugro

ASKER, NORWAY (14 June 2010) - TGS announced another season of acquisition of long offset data on the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS) in cooperation with Fugro. The data to be collected (shown on the attached map) include approximately 15,000 km for the North Sea Renaissance (NSR) survey in.

Thirteen of the fourteen resolutions proposed were approved by the shareholders including "Guidelines for Determination of Compensation of Executive Personnel". TGS and Nordic Maritime Pte Ltd sign settlement agreement

ASKER, NORWAY (1 June 2010) - TGS and Nordic Maritime Pte Ltd (Nordic Maritime) have signed a settlement agreement today related to the material breach dispute between the two companies. TGS has reached a settlement in which it will pay 2.5 million USD to Nordic Maritime.
