Suppliers & Vendors
In accordance with TGS' Code of Conduct and Statement of Values, TGS expects that its suppliers, vendors, and contractors uphold the highest standard of business ethics, transparency and sustainability.
Risk Management
TGS manages risk through an enterprise risk management framework that helps identify, assess and respond to factors that could affect our business, operations and stakeholders. Sustainability-related risks and opportunities are considered alongside strategic, operational, financial and compliance risks, supporting informed decisions and long-term resilience.
Our double materiality assessment strengthens this approach by considering how sustainability topics may affect TGS financially and how TGS' activities may impact people, the environment and society. Key risk areas identified through this process include climate-related transition and physical risks, energy use and emissions, workforce health, safety and wellbeing, employee development and retention, business ethics and compliance, data security and responsible conduct across the value chain.
TGS Supports
Since 2016, TGS has been committed to the UN Global Compact corporate responsibility initiative and supports these initiatives. Ratings, memberships and reporting platforms provide an external view of TGS' ESG performance and commitments. They complement our disclosures by showing how independent organizations and industry initiatives assess relevant aspects of our sustainability performance.
