Africa, Mediterranean and Middle East

For more than 35 years, TGS has provided industry leading seismic, interpretation products and services, and geological data through an innovative mix of technologies and unmatched imaging capabilities to energy companies globally. TGS has also assisted several countries with petroleum laws and supported authorities to promote license rounds and farm-outs. Our extensive AME regional data coverage, geological knowledge and ministry and NOC relationships makes us the multi-client company of choice in the region.

The MSGBC Basin has been the shining light of African exploration through the recent darkness the industry has endured. That light, or rather floodlight, was cast upon the region through the recent world-class discoveries in Senegal and Mauritania.
